What’s included in my ExamLab purchase?

We are currently offering a 3 test package for OAT, DAT, and/or PCAT. The 3-test package also includes a bonus science section. The science section varies between the different exams. For the DAT and OAT it includes Survey of Natural Sciences (which includes 100 questions). For PCAT it includes an extra Biology and Chemistry section (totaling 96 questions).

How long do I have access to ExamLab?

You have a 6 month access to all the content and features that ExamLab has to offer. Take advantage of our web-based exams! We are constantly updating our questions and exams so stay tuned!

How do you best describe your comprehensive diagnostic review?

Here at ExamLab we take pride in providing the most effective and detailed breakdown of your scores. We have a strong emphasis on time management, identifying areas of weakness and spending quality time where it’s needed most. We use various dimensions in configuring your scores, and make it very clear for you to understand what they all mean. (The results will only be displayed after a fully-completed section.)

How does Peer Comparison work?

Peer Comparison uses a sophisticated system to directly compare one examinee’s score with another’s, without using a curve. It is intended to mimic the grading system used on the real test. This is a feature unique only to examlab.com, and found nowhere else. When you receive your results, you will have two scores. One is the raw score, the other is your adjusted score based on Peer Comparison. We understand that graduate programs are competitive and unfortunately not everyone gains acceptance. ExamLab wants to rate your scores with fellow peers to give you a good understanding of where you’re positioned amongst other applicants. We will guide you and offer additional study aid in areas that need attention. Please keep in mind that Peer Comparison does NOT involve the use or sharing of any personal customer information, it only involves quantifiable scores.

Do I need to download anything?

There is absolutely nothing to download. There is nothing to wait for, and no awkward & bulky programs to set-up. We are 100% web-based. So, take your tests on a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone! Yet another way we are unique!

Can I buy ExamLab for someone else, as a gift?

Yes. All you need to do is create the account under the person you would like to buy the gift for, and pay with your billing information. These two do not have to be the same. Besides, what better gift can you give to someone than a higher score on the most important test they’re going to take?

I bought the wrong exam. How can I switch?

Give us a call or email us and we will switch your account to the correct exam at no charge.

Is there a customer support department I can contact for any questions?

How can I access my account?

Your user name and password will be emailed to you immediately after you purchase ExamLab. Feel free to email or call us with any questions regarding logging in.

I did not receive confirmation of my purchase. How can I confirm that my order was successful?

If for some reason you did not receive a confirmation email, please give us a call at 855-442-2250 (M-F 8am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time), and we will resolve the issue immediately. You can also email us at: support@examlab.com and we will get back to you within 12-24 hrs.

How can I change my password?

Visit our Forgot Password page, and follow the instructions.

How can I change my email address?

You can only change your email address by calling customer service at 855-442-2250. To protect your account, we will need to verify some information before changing your email address, which is also your user name.

The use of examlab.com requires you to have completed all 3 of our exams (in practice or real mode). Please visit our Terms & Conditions for a full description of requirements. However, the user needs to explain why it’s incorrect and support with three credible sources. Internet sites (non .edu or .org) need to be backed by a legitimate source to be considered credible.
